Mr Mathias Nagy is a highly accomplished dual fellowship-trained Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Knee Surgery at the York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
He completed his medical degree at the University of Graz, Austria in 2006 and holds Fellowships with the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology. Mr Nagy also holds a Diploma with the International Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology and a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
Mr Nagy routinely manages athletes across a wide spectrum of sports, offering a comprehensive range of procedures. These include primary and revision ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair, and cartilage surgery, all designed to facilitate the swift and safe return of athletes to their respective sports.
